When you contact us for a quote via WhatsApp, phone or email we hold your phone number, name, address or postcode and the photos and details of the job you sent. We use that to price the work, book it, and stay in touch about the job.
We use your contact details only to reply about your job. We do not sell, share or pass your details to third parties for marketing. Job records and photos are kept for six years to meet HMRC and accounting requirements, then deleted.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JB898XJJGF) to record anonymised page-view statistics. No personal identifiers are captured. You can opt out by using a browser that blocks analytics or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
