For owners and landlords who want the house looked after instead of remembered. Quarterly or half-yearly visit, standing scope, priority for any callout in between. We know the property, you don't have to explain it every time.
Second-home stock. A lot of West Cliff and East Cliff Regency stock is second-home or short-let. Owners want to know the property is fine when they're not there. A quarterly walk-round with a photo report is the standing spec.
Landlord stock. Ramsgate rental portfolios of two to fifteen properties are a natural fit - one visit per property per quarter, one agreed scope, one invoice. Cheaper than reactive callouts and stops the small problems becoming big ones.
Weather-driven maintenance. Coastal property has predictable seasonal needs - September gutter clear, December timber inspection, March exterior paint check. The contract cycle folds those in as standing tasks.
A standard walk-round is two to three hours per property. Standing task lists get worked through in the same visit. Emergency callouts are same-day or next-day for contract properties.
From £180 per visit for a two-bed. £220 to £320 for a larger detached or a full landlord check. Quarterly cycle is the standard - half-yearly available for lower-risk properties. No callout fee for contract holders.
